Why are we different?

1) We determine if single premium immediate annuities are right for you in the first place.

2) We only quote A+ rated large (In the billions of assets) insurance companies.

3) When you buy, we spread your annuity amount over a number of companies; this is to diversify risk in the event of a carrier failure (not all of the insurance companies will go out of business at the same time.) Each state has an insurance guarantee pool to a certain limit so we keep each smaller annuity at or under the guarantee amount.

4)  We can quote no commission annuities. Most SPDA annuities pay a 3.5%-4% commission, this can be returned to you in higher income quotes.
